SHOWER AND LUNCHEON PARTY MENU

We offer fresh, fun and pretty foods for our ladies luncheons and showers.  This menu was designed to give you ideas for your party.  These are merely guidelines for you to follow.

We will work with you to accommodate your price range. Alternate menus are available, and dietary restrictions can be accommodated. We have a wonderful variety of menu options.

The following menu is $10.95 per guest.  You may add one more luncheon entrée for an additional $2.00 per guest or an extra salad for $1.50 per guest. 

Our chilled items will be served on black plastic platters with garnish or if you like on your own platters.  The warm items will come in a disposable aluminum pan.

Appetizers:  choose one of the following

Bacon blue cheese garlic dip served warm with crisp baby carrots, celery and pita chips.

Spinach artichoke dip served warm with crisp baby carrots, celery, and tortilla chips.

Pasta muffins, we take tri colored pasta and bake in mini muffin pans with a custard of cheeses and basil.

Won tons with southwest chicken salad or herbed chicken salad.

Luncheon Salads:  choose one of the following

Tri color pasta salad with fresh cauliflower, broccoli, red bell peppers, onions and carrots with a sweet onion dressing and cheeses.

Spring green salad with red onions, chopped apples, pears, dried cranberries, sugared walnuts with feta cheese and raspberry dressing.

Cous cous and grilled vegetable salad with grilled zucchini, yellow squash, red onions, bell peppers and a balsamic dressing.

Dill Havarti salad with romaine lettuce, chopped tomatoes, red onions, dill Havarti cheese, whole almonds tossed with our dill ranch dressing.

Luncheon entrees:  choose two of the following

Sliced lemon chilled chicken, we marinate chicken breast in lemon juice, flour lightly sauté the chicken and then bake with thin sliced lemons and brown sugar.  Very light and sweet chicken.

Baby BLT’S with crisp bacon on dollar rolls with mayo, sliced tomatoes and spring greens.

Herb chicken salad with baked breast of chicken, celery, onions, mayo, sour cream and herb dressing served on dollar rolls. Or our chicken salad with grapes, oranges, celery and onions in a honey sour cream dressing.

Baked chicken salad served warm with celery, cheeses, water chestnuts baked in a rich cheese sauce and served with toast points.  Very good chicken and different.

Turkey wraps with fresh greens, tomatoes and honey chipotle mayo.

Sliced top round of beef with horseradish sauce on dollar rolls.

Smoked ham thinly sliced grilled on whole wheat bread with apple butter and cheddar cheese.  Awesome sandwich and a little different.

Adeline's has a secret dining room for those wishing for a small quaint room for their shower or small intimate luncheon.  We have seating for 10 to 16 guests.  Allow us to handle the details and call today to book your party or meeting.
